Zoner software press release
(September 11, 2018, Brno) – Zoner Photo Studio X all-in-one photo management and editing software fall update introduces a redesign of its video creator with 4K Ultra HD output, better work with presets including export and integration of Zoner Photo Cloud from Catalog.
Create advanced 4K Ultra HD video
âWe strive to provide our users with a truly efficient solution for photo editing, but we also can’t forget about video. Not only is it a part of every camera, but it is also prevalent among drone users. New features in Zoner Photo Studio will allow users to produce video content at a higher level than they could in Windows Movie Maker, âsays Product Manager J. KupÄÃk.
The program’s sophisticated new tool for video creation allows you to add multiple tracks of images and videos and perform advanced edits. The main part of the user interface is a timeline, which can be filled with photos and videos as well as text and transition effects. Photos can also be merged into a time-lapse, which also allows the addition of a panoramic effect. To add clips, you just need to drag and drop them and they can be edited independently. Advanced features of the tool include the ability to set image blend curve and audio volume controls.
Users can export their videos at different quality levels, up to 4K resolution and frame rate of 60 frames per second. Windows 10 users can also take advantage of HEVC codec support, which can save up to 50% on file size.
Organize and share your presets
Presets are a great way to speed up photo editing and make photos look unique unlike any other photographer. Each parameter of a saved preset can be adjusted after it’s applied, making it easy to understand, for example, how changes work when you adjust the histogram curves.
The new ZPS X update adds the ability to organize, import and export presets. It gives users the ability to set frequently used presets as favorites and choose a predefined folder structure and organize them, for example by subject. The Import and Export tool saves the presets to an external file. It’s easier than ever to try out creative new presets, and it’s just as easy to share them among users.
With the release of the new ZPS X update, an additional preset pack will also be released. Users can expect creative presets focused on editing the range of tones and colors.
A faster Zoner Photo Cloud, with catalog integration
In the latest update, users can add Zoner Photo Cloud directly to the catalog like any other folder, with all the benefits that this brings: offline browsing, quick search and sorting for example by keywords or locations. The commands for adding Zoner Photo Cloud to the catalog can be found in the catalog settings, as well as in the Zoner Photo Cloud interface.
âThe download system and download speed have also been optimized. With the new update, a disk full of photos with a size of 0.5TB can be downloaded in just 48 hours. This offers great value compared to the competition, âadds Jan KupÄÃk.
The fall update also contains other improvements and fixes for Zoner Photo Studio X. The full version of ZPS X, including the base plan for Zoner Photo Cloud with a capacity of 5 GB, can be downloaded and tried free for 30 days at www.zoner.cz.
