“SUNSHINE” symbolizes perseverance and devotion to those you love, an overall theme emphasized throughout the official music video. Each member has their own ray of sunshine from which they drew inspiration for this single, whether it be an ex, a current lover, a family member or as a co-founder of NSB, Olivier Moy, says his new group of friends turned family. For ONN members Macalino managementit means shedding light on his heritage, with elements of his Filipino culture embedded throughout the music video.
“To be brought up in The Philippines for half my life it has always been important to me to incorporate my roots into everything that I do. My family and I came to the United States like many other Asians to pursue the American dream. In the SUNSHINE music video, it was a special moment for me and the boys to shine a light on the country I grew up in and to inspire my Filipino friends and followers to embrace our culture and not be afraid to be different,” said Macalino management.
