Abbey Road Studios will host the premiere of brand new musical The Dreamers

The dreamersa brand new musical created and written by James Beeny and Gina Georgio, will premiere at the famed Abbey Road Studios on December 7th.

The performances will mark the first time in history that a musical has been performed in North London studios, having been the site of some of the most famous musical creations in history – The Beatles recorded most of their albums on the spot and even named their 1969 album Abbey Road. The space will be transformed into a theater especially for this event

What a beautiful war!), Phoebe Fildes (Once), Maria Graciano (Miss Saigon), Thomas Grant (vanity lounge), Tom Yesterday (Miss Saigon), Devon-Elise Johnson (half a sixpence), Dean John-Wilson (Aladdin), Craig Nash (Joseph and the Incredible Technicolor Dream Coat), Sam O’Rourke (half a sixpence), Claire Parrish (Mary Poppins), Lea Pinney (The watchmaker’s daughter), Charlotte Wakefield (Crazy of you), Paul Wilkins (Wretched) and Annette Yeo (Love never dies).

After Reggie and Jack, two soldiers thrown against each other when a ship crashes at the start of the First World War, The dreamers is directed by Jean-Pierre Van Der Spuy, choreography by Lee Proud, set and costume design by Simon Wells, sound design by Andrew Josephs, lighting design by Tim Deiling, associated choreography by Joanne McShane and costume supervision by Mary Charlton.

The show will be played for four performances only on December 7 and 8 at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The performances are co-produced with the Stars Foundation for Cerebral Palsy, and all proceeds from the event will go directly to the charity.
