Prince Harry meets Jon Bon Jovi at Abbey Road Studios in London

Jean, Paul, George, Ringo and Harry! Prince Harry visited the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London on Friday, where the Beatles recorded numerous hits, including their album of the same name.

The Duke of Sussex made his official appearance for a special cause close to his heart. At the studios, he met Jon Bon Jovi and the Invictus Games Choir, where they re-recorded the American rocker’s song, “Unbroken.”

The song was created to shed light on veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder and to honor their service. As the sponsor of the Invictus Games, an international sporting competition featuring injured military personnel, Harry has long championed the cause.

Harry, who kept it fairly casual with a blue button down and black trousers, was all smiles as he arrived at the studio and shook hands with Jon, before the pair entered.

In an Instagram video of the appearance, Harry – who shares his son, Archie, with his wife, Meghan Markle – took his turn in the recording booth with Jon.

“It’s going to be very easy. Pretend to sing for your baby,” Jon advised. “It’s easy. Shout it out.”

Harry also met the choir and posed for a photo with the group.

Harry even recreated the iconic Beatles Abbey Road cover photo of the album, which was taken in 1969, posing in line with Jon and some members of the choir outside the studio.

The visit comes just days after Harry spoke at an ecotourism summit in Edinburgh, Scotland on Wednesday, marking his first appearance in the UK since moving to Canada in January with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their son, Archie.

At the event, the son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana asked that he be called just “Harry”, not “Prince”.

On March 31, the couple is officially resigned as senior members of the Royal Family, becoming financially independent and dividing his time between North America and the UK, Harry will continue to support the Invictus Games as a patron and continue to focus on veterans and mental health.
