Oh man, Ice-T just dropped the proverbial penny! The Body Count frontman recently posted on social media that he’s been asked to provide guest vocals on new Lamb of God material, alerting the world that the band is in the studio!
From the Instagram Body Count:
“When your friend @drandallblythe invites you to do backing vocals to the brand new @lambofgod material… you show up and support 👊🏽 and the new Lamb of God slams!!!💥💥 Good job guys”
I mean, listen, we’re not terribly surprised — the band just recorded a collab with HEALTH, and it’s been a few years since the release of their 2020 self-titled album. But still, we didn’t know, Ice! Now you are beautiful Metal Media!
Either way, we’re excited to hear the new Lamb of God, especially with Ice-T involved. Meanwhile, fans can catch Lamb of God on one of their upcoming dates with Megadeth, Trivium, and In Flames:
